About Me
My name is Caprice and I'm a stay at home mom living in suburban Boston with my son, husband, golden retriever and two cats. I had a number of career paths but never really found "the one". I started in social work, dabbled in accounting and worked in the internet world until 2013, when being at home for our son became a priority.
I was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, grew up in New York (Brooklyn, the Bronx, Westchester) and went to college in Western Massachusetts, where I fell in love with New England. I tried living in Seattle for a year after college, but couldn't hack the constant drizzle and lack of seasons.
I've spent my whole life feeling a little different from others. As a kid, my favorite place was the library. In college, I discovered yoga and meditation. While my peers were partying it up in our 20's I was meditating and reading self help books. Now that I have a son who shares this trait with me I want to make sure everyone knows about it so they and their children can enjoy a much better quality of life.
